Motorsport can be part of someone’s once-in-a-lifetime moment. Through Aerospeed’s Special Stories Project, we reserve a limited number of dates each year for heavily reduced or complimentary coverage for genuinely special situations – think milestone events, health journeys or meaningful family stories. If you’d like your event to be considered, tick the Special Stories option in the enquiry form and share as much context as you’re comfortable with. Every story is reviewed personally.

How We Work With Drivers & Teams

  • Pricing: All prices are per driver, per event unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery Format: 1080p MP4 via private link for easy sponsor sharing and social upload.
  • Turnaround: Typical turnaround ranges from 3–6 business days depending on the package.
  • Travel: Mileage / travel surcharge may apply beyond approximately 15 miles of our North East base.
  • Licensing: You’re free to post to your channels and send to sponsors; brand campaigns can be discussed separately.
  • Event Prep: We’ll confirm key timings, access and any restrictions before the event.
  • Weather: Drone flying is weather-dependent; we’ll always communicate clearly and propose alternatives if needed.
  • On-Site: Expect a calm presence – minimal disruption, maximum coverage, always with safety in mind.
